As a heavy fabricator, SynJect typically supply the structural steel while local EPCs handle the labor. However, we eliminate installation risks before the steel ever leaves our 80,000m² facility. By utilizing 1:1 Tekla 3D detailing and conducting in-house trial assemblies for complex nodes (like long-span trusses), we guarantee a zero-clash erection. We provide comprehensive erection drawings, and our senior engineers are available for remote guidance or on-site supervision if required.
My project has strict consultant audits (e.g., CE, AISC). Can you provide full quality tracking documents?
Absolutely. Compliance is our baseline. Every steel member we fabricate comes with a complete Technical Dossier. This includes 100% Material Test Certificates (MTCs) for traceability, and NDT reports (Ultrasonic & Magnetic Particle Testing) conducted by our certified inspectors on all Complete Joint Penetration (CJP) welds.
